Appointments

For an appointment, please call the appropriate site where you are registered. If the surgery is closed for the afternoon, a telephone message will give you details of where to call. If it is after 6.30pm, a weekend or a bank holiday, the telephone message will give you details of the local out-of-hours service.

Appointments with the doctors and nurse practitioners are 10 minutes in length. We can best serve you if you bring one problem to each appointment rather than a long list. The receptionists can advise and book extended appointments where necessary.

Holidaymakers & Temporary Residents

Holidaymakers and temporary residents are generally seen at the Caister and Hemsby sites as these are the closest sites to the major holiday camps and centres. During the summer period June - September we have a special arrangement for temporary residents. To offer a high quality of care to our temporary patients, whilst maintaining services for our registered patients, we have an extra holidaymaker surgery in the mornings only. This is split between our Caister and Hemsby branches, and you may be asked to attend either site.
